RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase because of a change of mind you may do so providing the following conditions have been met:

- The item with the original receipt is returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- The item is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging.

In case of return.
Upon receipt of the item WAUWY will refund to you the purchase price for the item, less any shipping costs.
In case of exchange.
Upon receipt of the item WAUWY will charge your credit card for the return postage and send the replacement as soon as possible. Please note exchanges are subject to availability of items.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, we will gladly repair, exchange or refund.
